A Cupcake Wedding

In March I did a cupcake wedding with 500 cupcakes. I love the bright colors the bride chose. The flavors were:

Orange cupcake with vanilla buttercream

Almond poppyseed cupcake with lemon buttercream

Classic chocolate cupcake with marshmallow buttercream

Vanilla cupcake with strawberry buttercream

Sweet coconut cupcake with cream cheese buttercream

30th Birthday Cake

~ Vanessa's Wedding Cake ~

My sister got married in Arizona this April...

I had very little time to throw this cake together,

so there is no detail work or pretty platter.

Fondant is hard to work with in Arizona,

the air is so dry! But with a lot of kneading

I figured it out and it turned out alright.

Anyway, here she is:
